During the 1980s, Nolan Miller gained fame as the Dynasty designer. He also designed for other TV shows, including Love Boat and Fantasy Island. In the early 1990s, Miller started his own label, manufacturing his designs. He closed his business a few years later, and then liscensed his designs to another manufacturer.

Bust: with jacket lying flat & slightly open but with waist hook 39 - 40
Waist: 30
Sleeve from neck: 28-1/2
Shoulder to shoulder: 16-1/4
Bottom of jacket just slightly open: 42
Length: from top of collar to hem 27-1/2
Cami
Bust: 35 - 40 stretched (elastic at back top)

Skirt

Condition: Condition: 1 rhinestone missing in decoration at waist but they are available at craft stores & it can be replaced - easy fix - may be some beads or r/s missing but there are a lot there & I didn’t really see any others but have added this just in case I did miss some - double pinhead store soiling on back of jacket sleeve & a few pinhead spots on front bodice of the suit- some spots on cami lower front & back which may come out with a cleaning but I do not know for sure & if the cami was tucked into the skirt as shown, no one would see them - I had the skirt cleaned - 1 small yellow spot towards the hem on the front. These may come out with a cleaning but I cannot guarantee this.
