AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS VINTAGE QUILTED ROBE / DRESSING GOWN MADE IN JAPAN ADORNED WITH EMBROIDERED FLOWERS
SILKY SMOOTH QUILTED PINK IN A VERY FEMININE SHADE CALLED PINK CHAMPAGNE – THE QUILTED COLLAR IS QUILTED WITH A SMALL DIAMOND SHAPE WITH A RUFFLE ALL THE WAY AROUND – THE LAPELS ARE ADORNED WITH BEAUTIFULLY EMBROIDERED FLOWERS – THE POCKETS ON THE FRONT OF THE DRESSING GOWN ROBE AS WELL AS THE LARGE CUFFS WHICH COME TO A POINT ON THE TOP ARE QUILTED WITH THE SMALLER DIAMOND SHAPE AS WELL – THE REST OF THE ROBE IS QUILTED IN A LARGE DIAMOND PATTERN FOR A NICE CONTRAST
THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF EMBROIDERY STARTING JUST BELOW THE WAIST & EXTENDING TO THE HEM CONSISTING OF FLOWERS, TREES ON A HILLSIDE, WHAT LOOKS LIKE A CART WITH LOGS & A RIVER - EXQUISITELY MADE & FULL LINED WITH A SILKY FABRIC WITH NO EXPOSED SEAMS– LOOPS ON THE ROBE FOR A BELT WHICH WAS MISSING SO I ADDED A SATIN PINK RIBBON WHICH MATCHES THE ROBE EXACTLY & WORKS VERY WELL OR A LARGE SNAP OR A PIECE OF VELCRO COULD BE USED FOR CLOSURE

Size: Medium – I wear a size 10 & although I could get it on, it was a bit snug across the back so it would probably fit a size 6 or 8 best but go by the measurements for a good fit

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.
Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I DEFINITELY would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.
The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
