THIS IS ONE OF THE PRETTIEST & MOST LUXURIOUS DRESSING GOWNS / ROBES THAT I HAVE SEEN BY CHRISTIAN DIOR IN FLOWER GARDEN - THE PERFECT THING TO SLIP INTO AFTER A HARD DAY OF WORK WHEN YOU WANT TO FEEL REFRESHED & GORGEOUS FOR THE EVENING - YOU KNOW THE EXQUISITE QUALITY OF CHRISTIAN DIOR & THAT IT WILL BE BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS EXPENSIVE – THE LABEL LOOKS LIKE THE 1980 DIOR LABEL SHOWN ON THE VINTAGE FASHION GUILD LABEL RESOURCE SITE - THE FABRIC IS SILKY SMOOTH & UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NOT A FABRIC TAG BUT MAYBE A SILKY POLY OR RAYON – THE COLORS IN THE PRINT ARE WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A SUMMER FLOWER GARDEN - STITCHED DOWN CUFFS ON THE SLEEVES WITH A TINY PIPING OF PURPLE SATIN BRAID SURROUND THEM & THE MANDARIN COLLAR – THERE IS A LONG INVISIBLE ZIPPER UP THE FRONT - THERE ARE FLANGES ON THE SHOULDERS FRONT & BACK FOR FULLNESS – THE TOPS OF THE SLEEVES ARE GATHERED RIGHT BELOW THE FLANGES FOR A VERY ELEGANT LOOK – THRE IS A LONG SLIT ON ONE SIDE FOR EASE IN WALKING & A GLIMPSE OF A LEG - JUST A GORGEOUS DRESSING GOWN / ROBE AS ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM CHRISTIAN DIOR

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.
Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I DEFINITELY would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.
The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
