A RARE VINTAGE ‘40s 3-PIECE PAJAMA SET CONSISTING OF REVERSIBLE QUILTED SWING COAT JACKET, THE TOP & THE MATCHING PANTS BY TOMMIE’S STYLED BY HARRY BERGER - I NEARLY KEPT THIS CUTE SET BUT I HAVE SO MANY SETS THAT I DECIDED I CANT’ KEEP EVERYTHING SO SOMEONE IS GOING TO END UP WITH AN ADORABLE VINTAGE SET - THE QUILTED JACKET IS REVERSIBLE FROM A MEDIUM AQUA TO A HOT PINK, BLACK & AQUA PLAID PERFECT FOR FALL & WINTER - THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL COLORS IN THIS SET - HUGE CURVED PATCH POCKETS ON THE AQUA SIDE WHICH IS LINED IN PLAID - ONE PATCH POCKET ON THE PLAID SIDE - LOOPS WITH AQUA BUTTONS FOR CLOSURES ON BOTH THE AQUA & THE PLAID SIDES SO YOU CAN WEAR THE JACKET ROBE WITH EITHER THE PLAID OR THE AQUA - BOTH SIDES ARE COMPLETELY FINISHED SO THERE ARE NO EXPOSED SEAMS - THE QUILTED JACKET IS VERY FULL SO THERE IS SWING TO IT WHICH MAKES IT SO CUTE - THE CUFFS CAN BE TURNED BACK SO EITHER THE PLAID OR THE AQUA WILL BE SHOWING - THE TOP HAS A PLAID FRONT WITH AN AQUA COLLAR & BACK SO EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE AQUA BUTTONS IS COORDINATED WITH THE WHOLE SET - THERE IS A PATCH POCKET ON THE TOP BODICE - THE PANTS HAVE A LOOSE LEG FIT AS PAJAMA PANTS SHOULD FOR PLENTY OF COMFORT WHEN LOUNGING OR SLEEPING - LOTS OF SNAPS ON THE SET-IN WAISTBAND SO IT CAN BE ADJUSTED FOR A COMFORTABLE FIT - I DO NOT SEE A FABRIC TAG BUT THE FABRIC IS A SOFT COTTON OR COTTON BLEND - IT WOULD BE VERY COMFORTABLE FOR LOUNGING OR SLEEPING - IN ALL OF THE MANY, MANY YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN BUYING VINTAGE CLOTHES & SELLING THEM, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A CUTE 3-PIECE PAJAMA OUTFIT AS THIS ONE IN SUCH BEAUTIFUL COLORS - A VERY RARE FIND TO FIND ALL OF THE PIECES STILL TOGETHER - JUST AN ADORABLE VINTAGE LOUNGING OUTFIT FROM TOMMIE’S PERFECT FOR THE UPCOMING FALL & WINTER SEASON

Size: 36 but should fit several sizes - I am a size 10 & it fit me perfectly - the tag says “For regular heights between 5‘ 2“ inches & 5‘ 6“ inches

Fabric: No tag but feels like a cotton or a blend
Care: No tag but when I purchased the item from a vintage store, the owner said she had just had it cleaned - the top & pants could probably be hand washed & drip dried but I would definitely always clean the jacket just to keep it nice - also if the set were dry cleaned, it would keep it nicer longer as washing items eventually takes a toll on clothes & vintage items need special care since they are quite old & very special
Condition: Very good vintage - some broken threads in the quilted jacket but no one would notice it - there is some light numbering on the waistband of the pants

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.
Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I DEFINITELY would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.
The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
