*FROM MY OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION - RARE, RARE VINTAGE INTIME ORIENTAL JADE DOUBLE NYLON & LACE PEIGNOIR & NIGHTGOWN SET

This gorgeous vintage peignoir & nightgown set by Intime is in a deep, deep rich turquoise with a bit of teal so depending on what light you are in, it goes from a deep rich greenish turquoise to a brilliant jade just fabulous!

You know the exquisite quality of intime with its wonderful workmanship & detailing that people have loved world over - the jewel-tone shades are very difficult to find - the pastel sets are more common & a bit easier to find but even now, they are not in abundance but the deep jewel-tone colors are virtually impossible to find nowadays -I am not in a hurry to sell this lovely set as there is probably not another anywhere like it in this fabulous rare rich Oriental Jade color

The peignoir & nightgown are dripping in exquisite ivory lace which makes for a beautiful color combination! - there is scalloped rose lace around the neckline of the peignoir & sleeves which makes it very elegant & it is adorned with deep satin teal double cording & knots for closure - the peignoir has double nylon feminine puffy baby doll sleeves with elastic for a puffy feminine look - the full sweep peignoir is adorned with a very wide hem of the most magnificient 17" of lace that you have ever seen!

The sheer double nylon nightgown is equally beautiful with jade nylon cording in addition to being detailed with teal satin cording around the neckline front & back - the gown is adorned with a beautiful 5-½" ivory scalloped lace hem for a very feminine look - the nylon has a lot of body & not limp - the lace is crisp & not worn - excellent like new condition

By Intime - Tag is faded but the RN # is Intime of California
No size tag but measures like a medium so small, medium & some large may be able to wear set but please go by the measurements

Care tag says machine wash & dry & cool iron but i would definitely hand wash drip dry & do not put in the washer or dryer as they ruin vintage double nylon sets & definitely do not use an iron on these vintage sets - i use a steamer but an iron would ruin them

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
